I have tested agent frameworks by asking one boring question: does this make deployment easier, or does it only make the demo more impressive?
The first filter is integration. If every useful tool requires custom work, the framework is not ready for the messy middle of real software.
The second filter is reliability. Agents need to survive permissions, browser state, API failures, bad inputs, long runs, and human impatience.
The right framework is the one that matches the actual workflow. Specs do not matter as much as the moment a user asks it to do work under pressure.
