Week 1: Foundation and a clear plan
Set up, supply reliable context and define a small build.
Monday, session 1: Set up and complete your first useful task. 120 minutes. Learn the app while producing a small result you can verify. Take-home output: A working project folder, first-observations.md and a baseline entry in the session tracker.
Wednesday, session 2: Build a context pack that survives a new chat. 120 minutes. Turn scattered requirements into a small, reliable source of truth. Take-home output: context.md, a filled context-pack.json and a decision log with at least three explicit decisions.
Friday, session 3: Plan a small build with acceptance checks. 120 minutes. Translate a broad idea into a reviewable plan and one achievable first version. Take-home output: PLAN.md, an acceptance-check table and a deliberately small version-one scope.
Week 2: Build a useful working version
Transform data, inspect the result in the browser and make the workflow reusable.
Monday, session 4: Clean data and produce a trustworthy brief. 120 minutes. Build the shared data foundation used by either project track. Take-home output: Verified Week 1 queue, quarantine report, audit counts and a first weekly brief.
Wednesday, session 5: Use the browser to inspect the result. 120 minutes. Learn visual feedback, browser testing and readable deliverables. Take-home output: A usable local preview and a browser-review report with reproducible observations.
Friday, session 6: Make a workflow reusable with skills and plugins. 120 minutes. Turn a working process into something you can invoke reliably. Take-home output: A tested workflow recipe, its reusable invocation and a tool-access map.
Week 3: Coordinate, verify and automate
Use parallel work carefully, handle changing inputs and operate repeatable runs.
Monday, session 7: Run parallel work without losing control. 120 minutes. Use subagents and worktrees only where work can be separated cleanly. Take-home output: Two task briefs, independent findings, an integration checkpoint and a verified combined result.
Wednesday, session 8: Test, review and handle changing requirements. 120 minutes. Use the second data drop to find failures a polished first demo can hide. Take-home output: Week 2 results, a filled test report and a reviewed change summary.
Friday, session 9: Automate a process you can trust. 120 minutes. Move from a successful manual run to a bounded repeatable run. Take-home output: An automation runbook, run log, repeat-run evidence and one observed scheduled run or an explicitly unexecuted schedule specification.
Week 4: Capstone and independent operation
Choose an execution environment, harden the project and hand it over with evidence.
Monday, session 10: Choose local or cloud and launch the capstone. 120 minutes. Make the project reproducible in the execution environment that fits the learner. Take-home output: A reproducibility record, environment decision and approved capstone brief.
Wednesday, session 11: Harden the capstone and prepare the handover. 120 minutes. Improve reliability and usability before presenting the project as ready. Take-home output: A release candidate, filled review evidence and a complete handover draft.
Friday, session 12: Demonstrate, hand over and transfer the method. 120 minutes. Show what works, explain the evidence and adapt the workflow to a real next project. Take-home output: A reviewed capstone, complete handover packet, personal next-workflow brief and 30-day practice plan.

Twelve two-hour 1:1 sessions, guided exercises, resources, project reviews and a final capstone handover. US$1,000 covers all four weeks, paid once.
When do the sessions take place?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, two hours each, for four weeks. We arrange your start date and session times individually after purchase.
Do I need to be a developer?
Basic comfort with files and a browser is enough. Choose an automation or internal-tool track; we adapt the exercises to your experience. Coding experience is optional.
Can we use my own project?
Yes, if we agree the scope and you have permission to use the material. You can also use the included fictional client project.
What tools and practice time do I need?
A laptop, eligible Codex access and 30–60 minutes of practice between sessions. OpenAI subscriptions and usage are separate. Features depend on your plan, app version and workspace policies.
