Sources: Read the source. What is supported, and what is missing?
Excel: Check the numbers. Review comparisons, calculations and assumptions.
Word: Write the brief. Summarise the findings and cite the evidence.
PowerPoint: Present the findings. Build slides that agree with the analysis.
Public or synthetic material, not a client case study. Outputs are reviewed before use.
Do participants need to code? No. These workshops are built for business teams.
Do we need to share company data? No. I provide public or synthetic files. Tool access is agreed before the session.
Can you tailor the workshop? Yes. We agree the agenda, group size and tool setup together. Building production systems is a separate engagement.
