Applied AI Trainer at Outskill, running live cohort sessions on generative AI for professionals, founders, and graduates, and building the curriculum.
What did the work include?
I train builders at Outskill, an AI upskilling platform, running live cohort sessions on generative AI for working professionals, founders, and recent graduates. I turn the product work I actually do into a curriculum people can apply.
Run live applied AI training sessions for working professionals, founders, and recent graduates.
Build the curriculum, session outlines, and decks with the program team.
Create the projects, quizzes, and engagement plans around each week's material.
Keep the technical material current with how AI is actually being shipped.
Mentor learners across both India and international cohorts.
The engagement: Outskill is an AI upskilling platform that runs practical, live generative-AI training. As an applied AI trainer I run regular cohort sessions and help shape the curriculum, so what gets taught matches how AI products actually get built and shipped.
Why I teach it this way: The point is to ship, not to theorize. I bring the same product work I do day to day (real workflows, dashboards, and internal tools) into the room, so people leave able to build something that runs. I keep the material current because the field moves fast and teaching outdated practice is worse than teaching nothing.
