Acquisition story: ARTIFIN started as a focused AI finance experiment with friends and became a sellable product. Raising venture money was difficult from outside the US, so the sharper path was to build something concrete, list it, and let the product speak. Oaysys Ventures saw enough value in the technology and domain to acquire it.
What it taught me: The lesson was not that every AI wrapper becomes a company. The lesson was that small teams can build useful, narrowly-scoped products that create real acquisition value when they solve a specific pain with enough clarity.
